Prototyping to full production, our services can include laser scanning, 3D mould printing, metallurgical and mechanical testing, machining and surface treatment.

Magnesium alloys are offered as sand castings in low to medium size qualities. Aluminium alloys can be offered by sand, lost wax investment and gravity die casting methods in small to high production batches.

Other alloys offered are aluminium bronze, high conductivity copper and high silicon iron. We also work with various industrial and technical partners to provide a comprehensive product offering. Casting machining is offered via our group companies, Tridan and NFF.

Surface protection of magnesium castings are available for non-aerospace projects. The chrome free phenolic based low temperature cured coating provides a barrier to harsh environmental corrosion with resistance to chemicals, cutting fluids and oils.
